Combining our expertise in material science, photolithography, etch, and thin films deposition, we can create nanostructures of different compositions for a myriad of applications. Currently we’re able to create ribs (or wires) on substrates from 18nm to 75nm in width on various pitches and arrays of posts (or holes) on 100, 120, or 144nm centers.
